Who Are We?
We are a small American company who began importing and selling mature Japanese videos on ebay in the early 2000s. We expanded to our own website a years later and here we are with our latest iteration of that website. We remain a small company who focus on a select number of gravure and JAV idols that we ourselves and our customers are great fans of.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions asked! Returns are free for U.S. customers. Please contact us if you need to start the return process. In the case of defective items, exchanges are also accepted.
Do your videos feature nudity or sex?
We offer a selection of non-nude DVDs, nude DVDs, and Adults Only DVDs. Note that many of our non-nude DVDs are still very revealing and extremely sexually suggestive, and like all other videos on our site should not be viewed by anyone under age 18. All DVDs are clearly marked by type to make your choices easier.
What is a Japanese Gravure Idol?
A Gravure Idol is like the equivalent of a cover model who appears on magazine covers, and stars in swimsuit videos & calendars. Gravure Idols usually pose in bikinis, lingerie and things of the sort. Most don't appear nude usually, but some do.
What is a JAV or Japanese AV Idol?
Unlike Gravure Idols, AV(Adult Video) Idols appear nude and perform explicit sex acts on camera. These types of videos should not be seen by anyone under the age of 18.
Are your imported Japanese AV titles censored?
In accordance to japanese law, the performers in these directly imported movies have their private parts (penis, vagina) censored by pixellization/mosaic. We do have a limited selection of uncensored JAV movies available at this time. More will be made available going forward.
Do DVDs include the cover and case?
Yes many of our DVDs include the cover and case where available. In addition, for customers who prefer to receive only the disc in order to have a smaller more discreet package, this option is also available. This option reduces shipping weight and the overall cost of your order.
Do I need to register an account to make a purchase?
No, a registered account is not required to place an order with us. We think having choices is great.
Do you accept money order or cashier's check?
Yes, we currently do accept these payment methods.
Can you package my items discreetly?
Yes, we always package items discreetly. Packages are plain or USPS provided packages, with a USPS address label, and no visible indication of what's inside. The label does not contain the words "asia idol" or any such content indicators. Return address will be from "A.I. Media, inc." and/or a personal name. International shipments will simply have "DVD" indicated as its contents, and designated as a "gift" on the customs form. Value will be designated around $6 USD or less.
When will my item(s) ship?
This can depend on the current volume of orders we're dealing with. We fulfill orders in the sequence in which we receive them and try to get them shipped out within a few days. You will receive an order confirmation email when your order is placed, and then a follow up email with tracking info only when it's ready to ship. You will not receive any other order updates before it's ready to ship.
